In Spain, a doctor or a psychologist who makes the diagnosis of this disease does not exist can be reported to the respective professional associations. I think it's a good way to begin to think those colleagues who continue to rage with the diagnosis of diseases invented.
Both the Code of Medical Ethics of Psychologists is to have rules that require their members to follow the current scientific knowledge, are not binding, it is true, it is likely that the first set being stored, but if you get a rain exposed to various professional maybe someone will start to worry, and too few of us think sapientino a dozen times before shooting shit.

This Code of Medical Ethics:

This the Code of Ethics of Psychologists:
Article 1 - 1st paragraph - The rules of this Code of Conduct shall be binding on all persons registered psychologists. The psychologist is obliged to their knowledge, and ignorance does not absolve the responsibility of the same specification.
Article 3 - Last paragraph - The psychologist is responsible for his professional actions and their predictable direct consequences.
Article 5 - 1st paragraph - The psychologist must maintain an adequate level of professional training and updates on their discipline.
