On 22 April 2010, during the sit-in in front of the Juvenile Court to protest against a decree of the Judge R. Ianniello , and the subsequent sending 14 agents of the police team catturandi of Latin America to take a child Sezze and place in a family home, forbidding any visit to the mother or her relatives, acting as spokesman for the Victims of Juvenile Justice Committee, were received by Vice-President of the TDM, Dr. Foschini and I presented the following appeal, together with some 2000 signatures that have signed it.

Gentile dottoressa Cavallo, desideriamo con la nostra iniziativa stigmatizzare la sproporzione del provvedimento emesso nei confronti del figlio della signora Valentina Pappacena, rispetto alla dimensione del caso in oggetto. Riteniamo, infatti che l'ultimo decreto del giudice Roberto Ianniello, sia da ritenersi di una crudeltà rara.
Quattordici agenti della squadra catturandi della Questura di Latina, inviati su ordine del Tribunale dei Minori per prelevare un bambino destinato ad una casa famiglia, sono la diretta conseguenza della legittimazione all'uso della forza (vincere ogni resistenza...) contenuta esplicitamente nel provvedimento del dott. Ianniello. Nello stesso decreto è ancora fatto ban for the mother to the child.
