We read with some frequency statements of politicians who espouse the protest in full of certain groups of separated fathers about the alleged non-implementation of law 54/2006 on custody condiviso.Purtroppo, however, we must remember that there are associations for the protection of children and mothers who make less noise but complain that for years the problem of family violence and unhealthy practice, by some courts to grant joint custody (in some cases exclusively) to people who are on trial or have been convicted for violence on the former spouse or on addirittuta figli.Meraviglia that radical politicians like Mrs Rita Bernardini, marry in full the claims of separated fathers, without giving the slightest heed to women victims of violence, due to a possible future requirement for the application of foster care shared, could see their children grow up with parents who put convicted violenze.Riteniamo as discriminating the custody shared any ongoing trials or convictions at first instance for stalking, threats , violence or abuse ex-wives or the children should be in the interest of all politicians who have to oversee the proper implementation of laws, but also on their possible lacune.

"Sono d'accordo ad impedire l'affido condiviso in casi di violenza intrafamiliare. Qui a Lecce alcuni magistrati in dispregio ad ogni norma a tutela delle donne vittima di violenza intrafamiliare, consigliano di dividere la casa coniugale con il coniuge violento e consentono l'affido a giorni alterni dei figli minori al padre imputato di lesioni aggravate sulla moglie e indagato per maltrattamenti in famiglia. Oltre al danno la beffa subita dalla magistratura. La donna che con coraggio si decide a sporgere querela si può trovare con il proprio aggressore, che abusivamente ha diviso la casa coniugale, pendente la domanda giudiziale di separazione, al proprio fianco. Quasi un elogio dell'aggressore, insomma. Senza pensare che chi è violento con la propria moglie, lo è anche con i figli. I nonni non possono essere poi dei buoni educatori, considerato che a loro volta hanno educato i propri figli a divenire adulti violenti e maltrattatori. Il bambino in questi casi viene educato ad essere il futuro aggressore della propria consorte."
